A smile, more than her other ones, spread across EvaLynn’s lips when Liadon stated that she could now consider herself no longer alone. That she need not to ever worry of it anymore. For some reason, she believed him. –“Don’t even start to believe him…”- Now the voice came back, with a harsher tone in the voice. –“Why not, if I may ask? –Just don’t…he will destroy you, destroy what I have made you… -I see nothing wrong with having a little hope now… -I said don’t. –I can make my own choices… -You will regret it… -Maybe… but it is worth the chance…”- The voice went silent after this, and EvaLynn was for once glad of it.
As she listened to Fox, EvaLynn could not help but think of what he said. Love…He seemed to be so young, in terms of understanding such things, but at the same time, he knew so much. She smiled faintly to Fox before nodding some. Sure, there were many types of love. All the kinds of love she had pulled away from her. And, there was the one love that she had shown to be not close to even a love that she thought of. But this kind of love, well, towards Liadon, it was a love she knew was close enough to what she once had, but it was so different. At least he returned it; not like the last one she had loved. Liadon also knew that she did; unlike the other one. She took a deep breath, before smiling a bit to Liadon. He did seem to grasp her hand more when she had begun to pull away. This made her smile a bit shyly.
She looked back over to Fox, before giggling softly. “Overthinking is something I may be best at…but I am just a bit weary. If you knew why…then you would understand, Fox.” EvaLynn then would watch the small fox fires he made now pair off and begin to dance around as she giggled, smiling a little at how they were. Why did she always keep her distance when she could have found friends sooner? It seemed a bit unfair that her thoughts always made sure she pulled and keep away.
A bit confused now, she would feel Liadon gently pull on her hand, as if to pull her closer to him, which she allowed. When his hand moved up to be placed on her cheek, she felt him move her face to face his own. What happened after this, she will always remember as her first kiss. Liadon leaned in, her first reaction was to pull back, but she froze and would close her eyes. She then felt his warm lips against her own, and as he kissed him gently, she herself pressed her own lips back against his, returning the kiss; shocked and yet, wishing for it. When he had pulled away, her facial expression showed nothing but shock and a blush rose to her cheeks, showing immensely. She had her breath taken away and a breathless giggle escaped her lips.
“Uhm…What was that for, Liadon?” She smiled more, but was now so shy that she lowered her gaze, giggling a bit more. She never felt that kind of feeling, and she had never had a kiss before, but she had wondered how it would feel. Would it feel like this each time? Would it be this way all the time? She felt a sweet bliss that was never felt by her, and she liked it. Again, the voice was silent, like it was stunned.
