BeeJai blinked, looking at the beings all around her, but she did not dare to speak or anything. She would look over towards Crick, nodding slightly before then glancing over to this ...Fox as she just blinked; her facial expression blank like she had no emotions or rather; she did not care to share them. BeeJai now though, glanced up over to the teacher, tilting her head ever so slightly as he would begin to speak to everyone. –“Not happening…”- BeeJai had thought to herself. She was not going to introduce herself. She then leaned back into her seat, crossing her arms over her chest, her right leg crossing and overlapping her left as she let her right foot somewhat move back and forth.
When the one …a cat perhaps? When she did not respond as well as Mr. D wanted her too, he then went to Crick. BeeJai would listen quietly, and seemed to be just waiting now. She would make sure if she –had- to do this, she would be the last one to even speak and she would be simple and easy on it. All they really needed to know was her name, correct? Nothing more just her name… -“Ugh…I can’t even remember when I last went to classes…”- She shook her head before placing a hand onto her chin, seeming to be lost in thoughts.
Fox listened to Crick introduce himself, his fuzzy ears twitching every now and then. So this was what the teacher wanted them to do? Tell how they got captured and sent to this place? That seemed a little odd, even to Fox. If that was what he wanted though then Fox would comply, as he didn't see any harm in it. It wasn't like it wasn't anything the people that worked at the Asylum didn't know already as far as he knew.
The little kitsune waited until Crick was done, and then waited several more moments when Crick asked if anyone had any questions. It didn't seem like anyone had any, so Fox then decided to introduce himself as it didn't seem like anyone else was jumping to do so and the silence was starting to make him feel nervous.
"Uh, hi. Everyone tends to call me 'Fox' so I guess you all should just keep calling me that. I used to live in a nice forest in Japan with my mom and dad. I liked to play with the kids in a nearby town, even though my parents told me to keep my distance... I liked the people there and they were really nice when I visited." Fox looked down at his feet, feeling a little nervous. It wasn't really fun to recall just how he'd come to be in this place.
"Then one day there were some mean people with weapons in the town, and they said I had to come with them or they'd hurt all the people that were my friends... so I came along with them. I didn't even get to tell my parents what happened, and before I knew it I was in a building kinda similar to this one. I was there for a really long time, but then I sorta hurt a lot of those mean people by accident when I grew a new tail. They didn't like that and kept me locked up and all alone for a really long time." Fox was now sitting on the floor and hugging his knees to his chest with his tails curled around himself, unaware of his surrounding as he recalled how lonely he'd been back then.
"It was really lonely, and I didn't really see or talk to anyone till I grew my third tail. But when that happened I accidentally destroyed that building they were keeping me in and a lot of people got hurt. They couldn't keep me at that other building cause it was pretty much gone after my 'incident'. So they brought me here, and this place has been pretty much the same. I've only been here about twenty or so years, not like that other place where I was kept for around two-hundred. I'm not sure on exact dates, I just know it's been over two-hundred years cause I grow a new tail every one-hundredth birthday." Fox looked up at the teacher then, blinking a couple times.
"Was... was that what you wanted to hear? I'm sorry... I haven't been allowed to go to many classes till recently." He felt like he'd already messed up from the way everyone was looking at him. It was unusual to see the little fellow looking so depressed, but it was hard not to be in such a state when one had been stuck in the Asylums for so long.
