She lay back, hiding in the shadows, biting on her nails. The fedora was... Somewhere in the mess of shadows and handprints, both of blood and dirt. "T234, T234, T234. T234, T234, T234..." It was hysterical. Too many people in three yards radius. Such small cells, so close to the door, opening into the hallway...
A shudder passed through her body. Not a good thought. She shook it out of her head. She needed to pass time, weather to be tortured or just plain fight it out, she would take it. She could take it. After all, she was the spoiled rincess of murder.

Cryah had been walking down the corridor-- not really doing much of anything. She seemed to be doing this alot, recently, as there wasn't much to do otherwise. The mutants around her typically already had their little gang, or were too mentally out of it to be much of a conversation starter.
So, like the author had said before, Cyrah had been walking down the corridor, hands in the pockets her over-sized sweatshirt, keeping her head down, and typically minding her own business. That is, until that tiny prickling of alert flickered up in the back of her mind. It was emotion, and it was strong-- strong enough to burst through the other swarm of typical prison-drama.
Swinging her head around, the girl peered around a corner to find another girl there-- much taller than herself-- huddled up in a little ball and muttering something to herself. Eyes widening, Cyrah gave a little glance around, wondering if someone else here was going to deal with it, sighed when she realized the answer, and approached the girl cautiously.
Bending down in front of her, to be at eye level, Robin nervously started, "Er... hi." Wow. Amazing Cyrah. "Are...are you alright?" And then asking pointless questions-- you are really on a roll today.

Her blue eyes glanced up, wide and full of wonder and insanity. A strange noise came from the back of her throat, something close to a giggle. She started to pull gently on her hair, appearing as an overgrown little girl. "Hello, I'm Veronika. Yes, of coarse I'm fine!! I'm always fine." Another giggle escaped.
she moved her hands again, to resume biting her nails. It messed with her devilish smile, ruined her once beautiful face, if you could forget about the scar on her face above her eye. She looked the girl up and down, tehe! "You're pretty."
She groaned as a small clique of prisoners trotted down the hall, eying her suspiciously, like she might attack at any time. Her eyes closed, and she bit a little to far on her middle finger's nail. Blood began to show itself.
Then, they passed. She opened he eyes again, the smile recreating. "See? Fine."

Cyrah stared steadily at this girl, called Veronika, all the while she talked. Even so, there was something odd about her-- abotu how the way she was reacting to the people around her. Was she just insane? Or-- the younger girl's head swivled around, noticing the peak of Veronika's hysteria when the most people were around.
"Do... do you want me to get you a doctor?" Cyrah herself hadn't been here very long, so she didn't even know if there was a doctor here, much-less one who could help her.
Suddenly, looking around her once again, Cyrah's eyes widened in a realization. "You're an emapath, aren't you?" She asked, voice almost accusing. She didn't mean it that way-- it just seemed as if she almost didn't believe it.

She smiled, eerie. Creepy.... Wait, was there a doctor? Well, she had been here almost a year, injured slightly in the arena most of the time, and she knew there was "doctors" who expiremented on people. She had no idea if there were doctors who actually helped people.
"Find a doctor, they'll expirement on you." She stated the fact calmly and "I-told-you-so"-ish. Wait, did she just ask her if she was an empathetic? Well, duh!!"Of coarse, stupid!

Experiment on you! Cyrah gaped at this total nonchalant statement, thanking god that she hadn't even considered going to the 'doctor's' before. That would not be good, and the girl wasn't all too eager to have her brain dissected. "Alright, no doctor then--" She muttered back, although mostly to herself. "No doctor."
Well, Cyrah herself was empathic... sorta'. It came with the job, the ability, at least-- so she could somewhat relate. But to be driven insane by the ability? That would be horrible-- and the girl wondered exactly how long Veronika had lived here. "Er, well..." Cyrah replied, awkwardly. She stood up, slowly, keeping her eyes locked on the girl sitting on the floor. Finally, she stuck out her hand, offering it. "Let's find a place with less people, and I'll see if I can do anything more-- okay?"

She smiled, a friend! Or, at least, somewhat of a friend. Aquaintence, ally, whatever you wnat to call it. An... assistant. She took the outstretched hand without hesitation, pulling herself up with amazing strength-- for her size, anyways. She reached down and stole the fedora from the shodows, placing it on her head quickly and happily.
"I love feild trips!!" Someone was obviously feeling like a ked agaon, someone close... Maybe in a nearby cell, or someone with a friend? Oh well, it was making Veronika loopy.

Cyrah almost doubled over, not very tall at all compared to this person who had seemed so much smaller on the ground, as Veronika used her own hand to pull herself to her feet-- surprisingly strong. Geez. Maybe she also had super-strength...?
Shaking her head in mock despair, hiding her smile at Veronika's comment, Cyrah gestured to the other girl in a way that said, follow me, and began walking down the corridor with her eyes closed. Yeah-- eyes closed. Got a problem with that? Cyrah's power allowed her to see the empathic life-force of the people around her. Due to that, she could also see where there were less people-- or, rather, no people. There were also somemor' benefits, but she's not going to go into that at this time.
Dodging a random person barreling down the hall at super-sonic speeds, and with several guards looking nervously at one another, Cyrah pushed her way through two people, giving a glance over her shoulder to make sure Veronika was still following-- and entered a medium sized room, unlocked janitor's lounge or none the less-- closing it with a bang after Veronika had entered.
